Processing time

We aim to dispatch walking accessories (harnesses, leads, collars, poop bag holders & poop loops) within 1-2 working days. Pom Pom necklaces are all made to size so please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. Please note, that if your order contains for example a harness AND a pom pom necklace, processing time will also be up to 7 days as all will be shipped together. If your order is urgent or you want it to be delivered around a specific date, the best is to message us on Instagram.


We use An Post to ship all orders. 

We offer free nationwide (Republic of Ireland) shipping on orders over €60. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. 

The price you pay depends on the weight and destination of your post:

    • €2.45 - €5.96 (delivery 1-2 working days)
  • Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands
    • €3 - €15 (delivery 2-3 working days)
  • Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine
    • €3.50 - €17.50 (delivery 3-5 working days)
  • Canada and United States of America
    • €5 - €27 (delivery 5-7 working days)
  • Australia and New Zealand
    • €5.50 - €36 (delivery 5-7 working days)

The above are Standard Post rates excluding tracking. There is Registered Post with tracking available as well. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details. If you cannot find your country in our list, message us and we will try amend it.

International Shipping – Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes due that may occur. Mylo and Mas Boutique is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items and sale items. Pom pom necklaces are considered a custom item as they are made to size. However, if you provided us with incorrect size measurements, you can send the necklace to us on your costs and we can fix the measurements.
