Ordering & Shipping

We ship worldwide! Our top destinations include Ireland, the USA, and the UK.
2. How long does shipping take?
- Ireland: 1-4 business days
- UK: 3-8 business days
- USA: 5-14 business days
- Rest of the world: Delivery times depend on the destination, usually ranging from 5-20 business days. You can read our full shipping policy for more details.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping in Ireland on orders over €40 and free worldwide shipping on orders over €80.
4. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping options are available at checkout for select regions.
5. Can I track my order?
You can track your order only if you purchased registered (express) shipping. We do not offer tracking on standard post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if applicable.
Customs & Duties
6. Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. As we are based in the EU, orders shipped to EU countries should not incur customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Yes! We offer sizes for extra small, small, medium, large, and extra large breeds. We also provide different types of harnesses—big dogs might prefer our Mighty Hounds harnesses. Always check our sizing chart before purchasing.
