Processing time
We aim to dispatch walking accessories within 1-2 working days. Custom items such as pom necklaces or resin ID tags are made to size so please allow up to 7 days for dispatch (ID tags up to 10 days). Please note, that if your order contains for example a harness and a pom pom necklace, processing time will also be up to 7 days as all will be shipped together. If your order is urgent or you wish for it to be delivered around a specific date, the best thing to do is to contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Shipping
We use An Post to ship all orders.
We offer free nationwide (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland) shipping on orders over €40 and free international shipping over
The shipping fee depends on the weight and destination of your post. You can choose between Standard Post and Registered Post with tracking (some countries have only the tracking method available due to high amount of lost packages in past).
International Shipping – Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes due that may occur. Mylo and Mas Boutique is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
