Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us by email at returns@myloandmasboutique.com. You will have to cover the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, we will refund you the item cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items (necklaces & ID tags) and sale items. If you ordered incorrect size of necklace, you can send it to us and we can fix the measurements, however all shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.

Exchanges

Did you order the wrong size? The process is the same as returns. You can contact us and return the item, we will refund you and you can proceed by placing a new order.
