Tags are all hand made so please don't forget to leave any information you want for the front and back of the tag in the cart under “Order special instructions” when ordering. 1) Add tag into your cart
3) At the cart under “Order special instructions” leave a note of what you want on your tag (e.g. dog's name, postal code, phone number, QR code etc.). Max of 2 lines or one QR code, in which case send an URL address for the QR code (e.g. link to an instagram account). Back side - QR code (Can be linked to your instagram or anything you'd like, you just need to send us an URL.)
Instead of the QR code, you can put your address, postal code, phone number or anything you want (max 2 rows!)
