1) Add tag into your cart

3) At the cart under “Order special instructions” leave a note of what you want on your tag (e.g. dog's name, postal code, phone number, QR code etc.). Max of 2 lines per side or one QR code, in which case send an URL address for the QR code (e.g. link to an instagram account) or send a handle to your Instagram and we’ll find it and create the QR code.  4) Proceed to the checkout…

Front side - Full name 1 row (2 rows max on the front)

Front side - Initials

Back side - QR code (Can be linked to your instagram or anything you'd like, you just need to send us an URL or tell us your Instagram handle that you want the QR code to be linked to.)

Instead of the QR code, you can put your address, postal code, phone number or anything you want (we recommend 2 rows max, but in certain circumstances we are willing to make 3).
